Data processed

The site consists of static pages and requires no registration. We do not use cookies, whether for profiling or statistics, and we do not embed analytics tools or third-party services in our pages.

Our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical data such as IP address, user agent and request time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, acting as data processor. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). Saved printer, delivery country, favorites, comparison and checklists are stored only in your browser (localStorage), together with a copy of the pages for offline reading, and are never sent to us. You can delete them on the Settings page or by clearing the site data in your browser.

Affiliate links

When you click a link to AliExpress you leave our site. AliExpress and the AliExpress Portals affiliate programme may set cookies or identifiers on their own site to attribute purchases: AliExpress’s privacy policy applies (https://terms.alicdn.com/legal-agreement/terms/suit_bu1_aliexpress/suit_bu1_aliexpress201909171350_82407.html). We receive no personal data about buyers, only aggregated commission data.

Email and reports

If you write to info@perfectlayer3d.com, including through the “Report an error” button, we process your email address and message only to reply and fix the site (legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Email is handled by Zoho Corporation B.V. on servers in the European Union. We keep messages for no longer than 12 months, unless they are needed longer to protect a legal right.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@perfectlayer3d.com. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (https://www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.
